A finely cast bronze armillary sundial of typical form with a pierced sun-form support on the stand and having a round base. It has numerous other decorative sun motifs on the zodiac band and rings. Roman numerals are inscribed on the inner side of the zodiac band. Made for outdoor use — and having a natural outdoor verdigris patina — but also would be handsome for indoor decor.

Condition: Generally good, the finish with outdoor weathering and verdigris, and having the usual overall wear and minor bending.
