Fifteen high quality brass or bronze disc balance scale weights. Each impressed with weight, makers name, and patent date in raised letters on black background. Most are 4 pounds, one is 2 pounds, one is 1 pound. They are within an early, possibly original stained pine box with iron handle.

Weights generally very good with the usual overall light wear, abrasions, indentations.  Box generally good with considerable wear and indentations, some shrinkage cracks, though appears intact. Nonetheless, box is not recommended for carrying them by handle.
