Ptolemaic armillary sphere, in the Baroque manner, with a central brass sphere representing the earth, a brass band with raised applied zodiac figures, and a revolving brass sun with a human face. It is on a turned ebonized wood stand with a central standard and round base.

Condition;  Generally very good overall with the usual light wear and handling.
