Scarce large broadside promoting real estate in Florida. Issued by agents in Ohio for the “homeseeker and investor” of Florida land. Excursions to view Florida land were available via the Louisville & Nashville Central of Georgia, Georgia Southern & Florida, and Atlantic Coast Lines.

The broadside extols virtues of Florida including “Sunshine, Fine crops, Citrus Fruits,” etc. According to the broadside, Florida had “manless land for the landless man.”
