A 1930s Phyfe-style floor globe, the mahogany stand and brass meridian of unusually high quality.
The terrestrial globe with metal hour rings at each pole, in brass calibrated full meridian, raised on a Duncan Phyfe style mahogany stand with horizon band (without applied calendar as issued) on four curved supports, and having turned baluster and reeded urn central standard on three reeded splayed legs.
