Real estate map of Hollywood, Florida, nicknamed “Hollywood By the Sea” by its founder. The map shows roads and addresses and also features the Hollywood Golf Course, Hotel Hollywood, a fire station, rail road station and line, bank, post office, and garage. Lines delineate the sections of the municipality. A few properties are highlighted in orange pencil by hand and include numbers that perhaps are the lot prices. Below the lots is handwritten: “1/4 cash, Bal 6-12-18-24 months no int. or taxes.” Apparently the map was used by them to try to sell the certain marked lots.
