The terrestrial globe surmounted by finial, canted on an angle on a leg-form inclination arm with ball-and-claw foot, raised on a tripod cast-iron base with cabriole legs ending in ball-and-claw feet; the stand decorated with Renaissance-style raised scroll decoration, half globes with latitudes and longitudes above each of the three legs, and the Rand McNally initial cipher in a cartouche between each leg.
Oceans with rich blue color. Geographical entities generally beige. Isothermal lines for January shown in blue. Does not appear to have red isothermals. Ocean currents indicated. Petrograd shown.
