The terrestrial globe surmounted by a metal hour disk, shaded in the middle and numbered 1 to 12 for day and for night, in stationary calibrated half meridian raised on a turned mahogany stepped domed round stand.
Manchutikuo is shown, indicating a date of about 1940. Legend table key for indicated railroads, caravan routes, canals, submarine cables, steamship routes, ocean currents, ruins, as well as physical geography features, capitols, etc. Figure 8 analemma.
