A diminutive Hammonds table globe on Georgian style stand. The size makes it appropriate for desk or shelf use in the library. The terrestrial globe surmounted by metal hour circle, in calibrated copper finished full meridian, in hardwood stand, the horizon ring with later paper zodiac ring, supported by 4 turned legs united by x-form stretcher.

Oceans blue. Geographical entities in shades of cream, yellow, green, blue. Figure 8 analemma. Steamship routes shown.
