| The terrestrial globe in full brass meridian, the eight-sided horizon band with engraved paper calendar and zodiac, raised on a faux-rosewood decorated wooden stand with turned central baluster standard on four-lobed incurved plinth, with inset compass. Varnish mellowed to golden brown. Very good noting a few old repairs in Southern Oceans and South America. Cartouche: DIE/ ERDE/ zuni/ Gebrauch in Schulen./ Verlag der/ J.G.
