Dakota is shown. India is shown as Hindoostan. Oval Analemma. Oceans green (likely a faded blue). Landmasses shaded green or shades of beige. The horizon band is affixed on two short metal thin rods that run through the meridian perpendicularly at 0 degrees at the equator. Two small shims of wood attached to the underside of the horizon band hold the meridian in place at the pins, though the horizon can be removed by lifting it upwards.
