Photograph of a sailboat regatta taken from a bird’s-eye view perspective. The scene, according to the prior owner, is taken just off the coast of Connecticut in proximity to New London. The effective composition plays the geometric sails against the sparkling texture of the rippling water as the boats head into the wind.
Condition: Generally very good with the usual light overall toning and wear.
