Pair of equestrian watercolor paintings, one of a polo match, and the other of a group of riders.  The action polo match painting shows two teams of riders galloping out of a swirling cloud of dust as the red-shirted rider on the right hits the small white ball toward the goalposts in the distance.  The companion painting, presumably at the match or a related equestrian event, features four formally-dressed riders -- three men and one woman -- with others sketched in the background.  The riders all hold long sticks, but without mallet ends shown.  Their horses are in motion, pawing the ground or rearing back on their hind legs.  The outfits and hairstyles suggest that these works were painted around the 1930s, which was also the golden era of polo in America.

Condition: Generally very good with the usual overall light toning and wear.  Some very minor chipping to outer edges.  Remnants of paper backing on one, stable and not affecting the front.
