The Flatiron Building splits the intersection of Broadway and Fifth Avenue, its six-foot narrow curved side at 23rd Street. This idiosyncratic architectural wedge embellished with French Renaissance-Revival ornament is one of New York City's oldest skyscrapers and has been a favorite subject of artists and photographers since it was built in 1902.

Condition: Generally very good condition with the usual light wear, toning, soiling, soft creases. Ample margins. Tape residue on back of paper, not affecting front of watercolor.
