Various tones of outline and shading color. Key for stores and dwellings, barns and stables, gas mains, water mains, sewer, steam railroad, horsecar railroad, public roads, private and proposed roads, churches, schools, cemeteries, factories and public buildings. Water depth indicated for Long Island Sound.

Condition: Four sections, formerly folded, as issued. Generally very good, the colors overall bright, with some toning and wear. Later flattened and backed on linen and bordered in blue selvedge, some wear and creases at folds, slight separations, minor losses at intersections restored.
