Portrait of a classical warrior, carved in high relief out of walnut wood. The bearded warrior, perhaps Roman or Greek, wears a helmet decorated with a ram’s head.
Condition: Generally very good with light overall wear. Various worm holes to wood, some filled in the front with wax to match the wood color. Plaque irregularly shaped.
