Like Redout\u00e9, the painter of these tulips focuses on beautiful ornamental flowers rendered as smooth, rounded forms. The painting is now mounted in a vintage handmade French mat and white frame.<\/p>\n
Condition: Generally very good, uniformly toned overall, with some faint scattered spotting. Paper lightly cockled. Vintage hand-made French mat toned, with light scattered spotting and impurities (watercolor is exactly the size of the mat opening, so the mat acidity does not affect the watercolor). Vintage frame with the usual overall light toning and wear.<\/p>\n
