Walker\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Map of the Hamptons<\/strong>, commissioned by the George Glazer Gallery, was featured on a two-page spread in\u00a0<strong>In the Spirit of the Hamptons<\/strong>, a pictorial history and contemporary review of the Long Island beach resort towns by Kelly Killoren-Bensimon (New York: Assouline Publishing, 2002). The geographically accurate map of Eastern Long Island, incorporating a large portion of Suffolk County, is based on current cartography.<\/p>\n<p>In the lower border are six vignette views of historic sites and structures in the Hamptons, number-keyed to the map: Peconic Bay, Shinnecock Hills Golf Course, South Hampton Historical Museum, Maidstone Arms, Hook&#8217;s Mill and the Montauk Point Lighthouse.
