Cast Iron Garden Armillary Sundial

Unusual hand-made garden cast iron armillary sphere, having a central gilt ball within a series of meridians and concentric rings representing terrestrial and celestial circles, and having zodiac band with four Greek letters denominating the constellations associated with the four seasons and a central gilt arrow and feather through the sphere, raised on a gilt round base. Found in a garden in New Hampshire.
