Charming original illustration of a stylish young female skier set against a black background accented with sparkling white snow, an effect achieved by using heavier raised brushstrokes and dots of white paint against the contrasting background.  The girl has rosy cheeks, an upturned nose and long blonde braids tied with ribbons.

Condition:  Generally very good with the usual light overall wear.  Glue residue, abrasions, mat burn in margins from former matting, easily matted out to image size above. Papermaker’s blindstamp lower left: "Strathmore/ Use either side."
