Charming handmade sampler on blue felt, with embroidered sailing knots in red, white and blue surrounding a central large anchor and ship’s wheel, and enclosed within a red, white and blue striped border. The embroidery is mounted in its original wooden shadowbox frame for wall hanging.
Condition: Generally very good, the interior well protected by the shadowbox, the frame with the usual wear and slight separations at mitres.
