Illustrated with 16 chromolithographs, each showing a lone specimen. Additional 120 black and white vignette illustrations of palms in natural habitats, details of leaves, etc.

Condition: Interior contents very good with the usual light overall toning, scattered foxing and staining. Rebound in red leather and marbleized covers, apparently recently, very good overall with little wear.
