Bergdorf Goodman Store Windows with Globes, August 2012

Antique globes from the George Glazer Gallery decorated the windows of Bergdorf Goodman's flagship store on New York's Fifth Avenue during August 2012. The store incorporated a variety of terrestrial and celestial table globes as a back-to-school backdrop for clothing by Jonathan Saunders, Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga, Givenchy and Prada.

All items loaned from the gallery are available for sale (subject to prior sale). Among them are a black ocean globe, a Paul Rath globe on a brass cherub stand and a 9-inch Hammond globe (left) and a Denoyer Geppert Project globe (right).

The windows were designed by Bergdorf's in-house window designer David Hoey, renowned for the wit and artistry of his displays.
