Large colorful Art Deco period map of the Puget Sound region of Washington State, including Seattle, Tacoma and Olympia, and extending to the Cascade Mountains in the east and Mt. Rainier, southeast. Intended to promote the region for business and recreation.

Mountainous topography shown. Decorative pictorial border features totem pole motifs, local sports including skiing and fishing, and large evergreen trees. Mermaid-form compass in Pacific Ocean.

According to the cartouche, "Neither Europe nor Asia nor South America has a prospect in which sea and woods and snow mountains are so united in a landscape."
