Pictures of Mt. Vesuvius were popular among tourists, produced by local Bay of Naples artists from the 18th Century to the present. There were periods of volcanic activity, including eruptions, throughout the 19th Century and into the 20th Century, culminating in the major eruption of 1944.

Condition for all: Generally very good with the usual light wear, toning, soiling, abrasions, soft creases. Some chips and short tears to outer margins, now restored and/or easily matted out.
