Deck of playing cards depicting Native American leaders and culture in half-tone photographic illustrations. Includes title card and Joker: Coshira (clown) at Corn Dance and Pueblo of Santa Domingo. The Ace of Spades depicts the Pueblo of Laguna. The King of Hearts depicts Kopeli, Chief of Snake Priests, Walpi.
The backs of the cards are decorated with a Native American rug design in tones of black, red, and yellow. Original two-piece, gold-stamped, top-lid blue slide box includes fragment of 2 cent tax stamp from Act of August 1894. Provenance: U.S. Games Systems, Inc. and the Stuart and Marilyn R.
